A plethora of fragrances, aromas and textures that blend together to make a culinary firework characterise the team's ingenious creations. Each preluded by sensorial preparations for the next course, our guests experience veritable explosions of flavour which, together with around 1000 different sorts of wine, become a flavourful complete work of art.
